Try LongTails for up to 90 days from your purchase date. If it is not a fit for your dog, contact us within 90 days of purchase for a full refund of that order. No return is required, and you do not need to send back an opened jar.

This guarantee covers orders placed on longtails.com. Orders placed on Amazon, Chewy, or any other retailer follow that retailer's return policy.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if the item is damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong item, so we can make it right.

Refunds

Once we approve your refund, it goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take extra time to post it.
